vecinosapp.cl  was created as an independent project with a clear goal: to simplify condominium management and solve everyday problems that many communities face with existing platforms.

In Chile, several international property-management web apps have entered the market. However, many of them operate with rigid structures or practices that do not fully align with local condominium regulations. This often creates limitations in areas such as payment flexibility, manual collections, document handling, and administrative transparency. Communities end up adapting to the software instead of the software adapting to their real needs.

The project started as a free and independent initiative focused on solving two main issues: unreliable online payments and the lack of timely information for owners and co-owners. Many residents did not know when a charge was issued or whether a payment had been properly registered. Updates were slow, and financial visibility was poor.

To address this, VecinosApp was built 100% in PHP and integrated directly with Khipu through webhooks using pay.vhoda.cl . Payments are confirmed in less than one minute, and information is updated instantly, giving both administrators and residents real-time clarity.

The platform includes an associated payments system, allowing one charge to be distributed among multiple people, either manually or almost automatically through online payments. It also supports fixed monthly common expenses and custom monthly charges, making it easy to separate and organize different types of collections.

Beyond payments, VecinosApp provides an administrative control panel and a dedicated portal for property owners. Communities can manage documents, track charges, submit comments or claims, handle providers, and control visits and concierge operations.
