CORMA ChatBot

I led the development of a WhatsApp chatbot specifically designed for CORMA workers who do not have Android devices. This project included:

• Query Automation: Development of a system that automatically responds to common worker queries, optimizing access to key information without requiring Android devices.
• Cross-Platform Support: Implementation of the chatbot to be accessible from any device with WhatsApp, ensuring inclusivity for all workers.
• Ease of Use: Design of a simple and intuitive conversational interface, enabling users to interact with the chatbot effortlessly, improving accessibility and efficiency in internal communication.

This project has improved internal communication at CORMA, providing workers without Android devices with quick access to information and assistance through a familiar platform like WhatsApp.
